Join us for this encouraging Ark Talk as we explore how God’s Word speaks life, peace, and direction into our mental and emotional struggles.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just in need of hope, you’re not alone. In these sessions, we’ll discuss issues such as depression, fear, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, anger, and unforgiveness. Discover how individuals in Scripture dealt with similar struggles and practical ways to apply these lessons to our lives.
